About me
I strive to let kindness, wisdom, and intuition guide me.
I see everything as energy and cleanse the energy in my life often.
The turning point for me was my sick leave due to exhaustion and everything that came with it.
With various tools for healing and self-development, my self-love and well-being grew.
I want to contribute with my own journey, to hopefully inspire others.
I share what I find helpful and beautiful.

The love story
The beginning of a lifelong expansion.
Growing my own inner mansion.
Releasing what's heavy and old.
Pouring love on the bits that are cold.
At last I feel at home with my self now.
I feel hopeful even though I don't see the how.
I love waking up in my bed.
I know in my heart I am led.
I hold my self when I'm hurting.
I listen and act when alerting.
I sooth my self when I'm stressed.
I celebrate me when impressed.
I love to be held by my people,
I also love to fly free like an eagle.
I cherish each moment I get.

My music
Music, song and sound are wonderful sources of positive energy for me. A tool that I enjoy experimenting with. Sound waves are therapy for the body. By sharing, I also challenge my inner perfectionist and hopefully inspire someone to do the same.
